Fish Oil (advised dosage 4000-5000mg daily)

Many studies validate Fish Oil as being helpful with:

  • Depression and Mood lability.
  • Insomnia.
  • Generalized Anxiety.
  • Concentration.
  • Memory loss.
  • Arthritis.
  • Omega 3 fatty acids lowering cholesterol.
  • Is an anticoagulant (like a small aspirin dosage).
Krill Oil
Is the same as Omega-3, being a powerful concentrated Crustaceans Oil. Some report this being more helpful for Arthritis than traditional fish oil. Still powerful for lowering bad cholesterol.
Vitamin D3 (5000 IU daily):
  • Powerful immune reaction (Neutrophil) effect causing effective changes in the immune system. Many surprising reports about being helpful to prevent tumor recurrence, alleviate infections and autoimmune disorders.
  • Helps to mobilize CA to the bone, important for Osteoporosis.
  • Alleviate some migraine headaches.
Resveratrol (Grape and Red Wine seed extract)
Helpful for heart health. A Powerful Antioxidant.
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10)
  • Reported to be helpful to accentuate the therapeutic effects of Statins, the Cholesterol lowering MD prescription drugs Lipitor, Zocor etc.
  • Some report that this is being helpful for depression. Indeed it did exactly that to some of my patients.
Melatonin
Helpful to alleviate insomnia.
SAM-e
I believe that it helps to improve some low mood, not exactly sure of this.
Motrin
Too much of it can cause Kidney damage, stomach damage and leukemia.
Aspirin
Too much can cause GI bleeds.
